Anova Cancer Care’s Patient Portal gives patients easy, secure access to their personal health information and secure communication with the Anova staff.
Using our new portal, patients can update contact information, order medications, contact Anova’s staff, view appointment times, view and pay account balances, and more.
Enrolling is easy; just follow the steps below.
Step 1: provide our staff with your email address
- When scheduling your initial consultation provide your email address to our staff.
- Contact our staff (through Urology Associates) at (303) 733-8848 ext. 1260. For patient record security you will need to verify your personal information and provide your email address to receive an invitation to create a new account.
Step 2: receive your invitation via the email provided
Step 3: create account (following instructions provided in the email)
How to login and connect with your Patient Portal account at Follow-My-Health:
- Log-in to your Follow-My-Health account
- Visit your connections page
- Add a connection
- Select “Urology Associates and Anova Cancer Care” (799 E. Hampden is our listed office)
- Await connection confirmation email (up to 72 hours)
