MEDIA ALERT
DENVER, March 22, 2017 – Anova Cancer Care (ACC) was made aware of an ongoing investigation by the United States Postal Service (USPS) in June 2016 pertaining to falsified medical documents purportedly coming from the practice. A probable cause affidavit states that the forged documents were submitted by USPS worker, Caroline Zarate Boyle, to her employer, USPS.
ACC has confirmed that Ms. Boyle was never a patient of Anova Cancer Care at the time, and never received any form of medical notes or release from the doctor.
